Our service officers are nationally accredited and can help any veteran file or VA claims or benefits. Surviving Spouses of veterans may also be available for benefits.

Our main office is located at 400 Imperial Plaza, Bellaire (Behind Kroger.) All service officers go to lunch from noon until 1 p.m. Appointments are Required.

For county veterans, we also provide transportation to the VA in Pittsburgh. Limited financial assistance is available for county veterans or their surviving spouses. Financial assistance includes help paying for utilities and groceries. Call the office to learn more about all we can do to help!

Flag cases — The Belmont County Veterans Office will provide a flag case and flag holder to the families of deceased Belmont County Veterans. DD214 and Death Certificate are required and the case and holder will only be given to the next of kin listed on the death certificate.
