We are again making Ohio Veterans ID Cards. Cards will be made Tuesdays 9a.m. Until noon and Thursdays 2 to 4 p.m. As required by Ohio Law, we must have a copy of your DD214, a photo ID and a current bill with your name and current address to issue the card. This card is for Belmont County veterans only. Like all our services, there is no charge for the ID Card.

Applicants must be an honorably discharged veteran and a resident of Belmont County and must be able to pass a physical conducted by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Please bring your DD214 when applying. Applications are available at the Belmont County Veterans Service Office, 3326 Belmont St., Bellaire.
